Your main responsibilities:

Project management : (40%) Responsible for executing the identified projects managing the expectations on project(s) delivery within defined budget, timelines and quality requirements.

Business Analysis/SME (40%) : Collaborates closely with Business Partner and Supply Chain business excellence and digital teams to ideate, plan, execute core projects delivering key business outcomes for Zentiva, including strategic assessment on specific supply chain areas.

Application Management (20%) : Responsible for business operation, support and continuous improvement of his/her application domain of expertise, he/she leads and manages projects within his/her application portfolio closely partnering with the respective IT application owner and other IT delivery teams. He/she is in charge of documentation management in his/her area and its alignment with corporate policies.

1. Project and People Management within projects

Apply and follow Zentiva project management methodology complying with PLM and GxP standards including Portfolio governance framework and mechanism.

Manage SC projects related to tools and systems E to E, reporting, EDI

For projects that are assigned by portfolio manager within the Digitalization

Contribute on definition of project scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with all stakeholders

Identify the expertise and skills required for the project delivery

2. Business Analysis & stakeholder relationship

Analyze all the initiatives coming from other programs that affect the Supply Chain Excellence. Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis and deliver recommendations for the following steps.

Also ensures that links to other departments processes are firm (e.g. Launch management, Reporting, Simulations, etc.)

Define and manage tactical and execution part of Supply Chain excellence, processes and its integration throughout company

Provide insights from the application platform and domain expertise to constantly improve on Business processes and outcome for the Zentiva Function / Business

Act as a SME for new projects or integration as needed while contributing to internal Business/IT architecture/Landscape standards evolution and maintenance

3. Operational Excellence

Oversee and manage operations and maintenance of owned application portfolio together with IT owner

Monitor and ensure service delivery and operations within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) and provide a summary on Application and processes health on a regular basis

Adapt the application portfolio to evolving business standards and technology evolutions including keeping the Application Portfolio Management (APM) UpToDate as required by business needs and demand

Continuously improve the performances to provide the right services with the right quality at right costs – help to define and execute appropriate action plan

4. Contract Management / Cost management

Understand the 3rd party contracts and ensure key milestones are tracked for renewal, amendments

Provide inputs needed to the Cost manager for tracking on payments on a monthly basis as per Digitalization financial management needs

Collaborate & provide inputs to Digitalization manage, procurement on negotiation with vendors as relevant.

What is expected from you:

Supply Chain / Logistic processes management experience within the Pharma sector / FMCG

E2E supply chain experience

Project Management experience in Supply Chain / Pharma (preferred). Wide experience in Project methodologies including waterfall and Agile

Practical experience & Good knowledge of supply chain technologies and overview of their business application to support Zentiva Digital transformation efforts.

Experience dealing with users and/or clients from both a business and technical perspective;

Ability to come up with innovative solutions in defined area including active contribution to Architecting the solution based on agreed standards

Experience in SAP as SME/key user on supply chain / logistics processes (SD, PP, MM)

Good written and verbal communication ability to listen and cooperate with other people

Good organizational skills and time management including the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment

Ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment

Ability to investigate and analyze problems and propose solutions / improvements

A practical, methodical and structured approach to work

English language (spoken / written) on at least upper-intermediate level (B2)
