Your responsibilities:

  • Creation and validation of forecasts in close cooperation with commercial teams
  • Product portfolio demand planning review with planners from different manufacturing sites
  • Stock management (SST, SLA, MOQ and batches quantities, slow moving stock, destructions, provisions calculation, MPI review for Alerts/OOS)
  • New products launches support
  • Customer service weekly operations (order processing, delivery, invoicing, communication with DC, returns and claim management)
  • Develop good relationship with customers-wholesalers
  • Master data management for markets (product lifecycle management, customers)
  • Budget preparation with commercial and controlling teams within ZECOS application
  • Project management for new territories, involved in all SC related topics

We require:

  • Bachelor’s in Logistics, Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • Supply chain and logistics experience
  • Good computer skills, MS Office
  • Experience using SAP, SC management software (forecasting tools)
  • Multitasking and prioritizing capabilities
  • Strong problem solver and able to create solutions to challenges
  • English – upper-intermediate
