Performance, Process and System Manager

Purpose of the job:

Is in charge of the performance management of the overall Procurement and Financial Services organization. Manages reporting process and corresponding activities. Is accountable for tracking of performance in PPV, NCOGs savings, SRM, and value delivery within the COGs and NCOGs spends as well as all End to End processes (R2R / O2C, P2P, T&E and other). The geographic scope is global. Is the strategic partner to the controllers as well as to the Key business partners. As Performance and Engineering manager Is responsible for setting and implementing budgeting process, monitoring key projects. In the role of engineering is in charge of designing the Processes, tools and leading key transversal projects. I this role reporting to Head of Procurement and Financial Services Zentiva.

Your responsibilities:

Performance management

  • Sets yearly planning process, fully aligned with finance, relevant businesses and support functions
  • Is accountable for the monitoring of performance and proposing improvement actions
  • Manages reporting activities to achieve goals, namely but not limited to: PPV monitoring, Savings monitoring incl P&L and Budget impact / effect monitoring DPO monitoring, SRM, Contracts management process, Projects progress tracking, Reporting and Financial services E2E processes R2R, O2C, S2P,P2P, T&E
  • Manages the process of End to End flows and related interfaces
  • Supports creates and implementation of Guidelines about Procurement and Financial process, policies and cooperates on internal control and observance within Zentiva
  • Is leading the regular Procurement committees

Business Partnering

  • Builds & manages business connectivity with all relevant functions

Procurement and Financial services Excellence, Public Relations & External affairs

  • Foster innovation and brings external market intelligence to the Procurement and Financial services community


  • Is the budget controller for the global Procurement and Financial services function purpose and need

Communication & Change Management

  • Supports communication activities and share point portal solution in the country

Risk Management, Compliance, Ethics and CSR

  • Is in charge of following processes within Procurement:
  • Regular trainings in order to comply with compliance and internal controls requirements
  • Performs Compliance sanity checks
  • Performs “pre/post-audit” management
  • Is responsible for the crisis management process

Communication Partners:

  • Internal: Commercial - Sales, Marketing, Portfolio management, Business Development, Production, R&D, SCM, QA/QC, RA, DMF, IP
  • External: 3rd parties in supplier relation to the group
  • Scope is Global

We require:

  • University education - Master degree in Engineering or Economy;
  • At least 7 years’ experience in a Procurement, Finance, controlling, management or transversal role with proven record in term of change management in the international company
  • The experience level is mid-senior
  • Procurement or market intelligence experience is an advantage;
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of the basics of IS infrastructures and landscapes (backend /front end), experience with procurement and finance tools and systems as well as basics of SAP
  • Basic knowledge of the finance and budgeting processes,
  • Knowledge of Procurement and End to End financial processes, best practices and competency models
  • Process modeling, designing and architecture of IS solutions
  • Willingness to travel (to and also outside Europe)
  • Capability to interact with business partners at executive level : internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Good business acumen
  • Solid listening and communication skills
  • Strong Leadership and Influencing skills
  • Capability to work in a matrix and complex environment
  • English: Advanced level, Other languages are an advantage
