Project Management Officer

Your responsibilities:

- Support running projects in Business Support and Affiliate projects and initiatives by coordination, tracking and following up preset milestones and requesting information as defined in project plans
- Gather information from various internal and external sources and carry out their analysis. Follow up on information not meeting the requested content or form. -Combine gathered information in requested form (usually PowerPoint or Excel)
- Support the General Manager Zentiva CZ&SK by compilation of various ad hoc reports on internal processes, projects or market situation.
- Coordinate preparation of materials for business reviews and similar events
- Prepare the business presentations for GM
- Analyze operational practices in the affiliate and escalate improvement proposals to GM and Business Support Director
- Closely cooperate with various managers throughout the Czechoslovakian affiliate and external partners

We require:

- Economic education (an alumni or a final year student)
- Fluent Czech or Slovak and English
- Excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and diligence
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion and reliability
- Interest to learn and grow in corporate environment
- Readiness to work in a dynamic and changing environment
