We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position:

Financial Risk Management Expert

Your responsibilities:

Operational tasks

  • Administration of Allmybanks portal, management of new users, signatories, new accounts, setting up limit in the system and controls setup by internal control, training of new users, setting new accounts in SAP
  • Country and Industrial Affairs coordination on payment rules: frequency of supplier payments in the month
  • Country and Industrial Affairs coordination on payment rules on intercompany payments management of the payment cycle on Industrial Affairs purchase, for Romania, EMGx and Sanofi, collections interco sales from ComOps to Pivot.
  • Optimization and validation of operational needs of the countries with different methods of collection (cheques, clearing and others)
  • Optimization work on cash KPIs (DPO, DSO and DIO), propose early discount payment if interesting for Zentiva and customers

Reporting tasks

  • Coordination relationship with countries on Genpact cash collection management process

Insurance coordination tasks

  • Analysis on the base figures for insurance premiums calculation
  • Insurance administration, coordination of local insurance administration, broker administration

Risk management tasks

  • Management of credit risk : inventory on the customer’s credit scoring migrated from Sanofi to Zentiva, depending on the scoring calculation of new thresholds according to Zentiva size coordination in the countries, management of the «exceptions » on a case by case basis, establishing rules for ensuring “business first”
  • Country coordination on the KYC on new customers and suppliers (in case of guarantees to be provided to supplier and prepayments), process to be designed, challenging local teams
  • Management of the foreign currencies exposure

Forecasting tasks

  • Set the target for the cash KPI (DPO, DSO et DIO) based on benchmark for each countries, monitoring of this KPIs monthly, integration of this KPIs in the target performance for affiliates based on monthly averages
  • Design of WACC computation methodology and update for each of the countries for Zentiva in coordination with financial hedging expert
  • Core responsibilities are expected to evolve depending on new arising needs on the Zentiva target operating model

We require:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Finance / Corporate Finance / Cash management degree is required
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in financial risk management or insurance department
  • Bank or insurance experience would be appreciated
  • Analytical skills are highly appreciated
  • ACCA, CFA certifications are appreciated
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required
