QA Operation Manager Contract Production

The role of QA Operation Manager is to manage team of QA specialists responsible for full quality lifecycle maintenance of dedicated product portfolio.

Main duties:

• Supervision of selected processes (mainly Risk management, Deviation/non-conformity management, consequential CAPA tracking with the team, complaint management, QA agreements management, QA POs management, CoA/CoC management, PQRs/Stabilities management)
• Assure that activities connected to define portfolio will be managed based on defined plan/processes and KPIs
• To do the external audits in line with valid audit plan of CMOs. *Creation of internal working instructions
• Propose organizational and operational solutions in case of market extensions and transversal projects set up
• Participate on project linked to the portfolio lifecycle management and development
• Supervise ordering of quality services, which are not included in the price of goods and to assure correct invoice management

We require:

• Graduated from University (health, pharma, chemical areas)
• Experience in pharma quality, GMP processes, GMP regulations within quality system, cooperation with external subcontractors, internal and external audits.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Independent, self-motivated individual with demonstrated success
• Strong leader
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects- prioritization, planning and task delegation
• Passionate, high-energy, self-starting team player who achieves goals and strives for continuous improvement
• English – upper-intermediate
