Quality Compliance Manager Contract Production

Main duties:

The role of Quality Compliance Manager is to cooperate with other managers and team members to ensure that the process and procedures applied to project delivery are functioning properly.

  • Define QA standards (way of working)
  • Manage defined quality related projects from EM perspective
  • To propose project details and methodology
  • Identify and escalating gaps within the quality management system
  • Manage particular change control requests
  • Act as Change manager and drive dedicated change request through its lifecycle
  • Prepare data for Quality management review
  • Manage KPI preparation
  • Manage audit plan process on EM level
  • Manage Alerts coming from internal and external sources


  • Graduated from University ( health, pharma, chemical areas)
  • Experience from food, or chemical, or pharma industry min. 2 years
  • Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations
  • Knowledge of pharma quality system and corresponding IS tools
  • Experience with quality systems as GMP, or ISO, or HACCP
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
  • English – upper-intermediate
