Product Launch Manager

Your responsibilities:

Secure timely launches of Zentiva's pharmaceutical products, food supplements and medical devices.

Major accountabilities:

  • Establish and implement country launch plans in-line with budget and long range plan
  • Manage all launches per country (in-house/licensed, local/regional/global projects) and monitor launch performance up to six months after launch
  • Lead regular, cross-functional Launch Management meetings, ensure timely delivery of work packages of all involved stakeholders
  • Alert launch risks and propose risk mitigation measures
  • Support Long Range Plan (LRP) and budget processes as well as business reviews by providing country launch plans including status of launch preparation
  • Secure regular communication channels with affiliates including face to face meetings

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Timely launch of all budgeted and upside launches
  • Effective and successful communication with all stakeholders

Key interfaces:

  • Country organizations, Portfolio, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Development, Industrial Manufacturing, Patent, Program Management, Licensing, Finance/Controlling
  • Plants and Third Party Suppliers

We require:

  • University Degree in Business / Pharma / Science
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry (with preference on generic business)
  • Proven track record in Launch Management, Project Management or related field in Gx / Food Supplement business
  • Good understanding of Gx / Food Supplement commercial activities in European markets
  • Strong project leadership capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and to influence decision-makers
  • Developed analytical and planning skills, ability to set-up/optimize processes
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
