Transformation Office Specialist


Transformation Office Specialist is an integral part of Transformation office team. The aim of the role is to provide support to project teams in order to ensure execution of priority initiatives. The Transformation Office Specialist will be the main designated contact from the Transformation Office for delivery of selected initiatives. In addition, he/she will provide support to other work streams led by the transformation office, as well as providing analytical support to specific deep dive topics.


• Providing support to project teams to enable them to execute initiatives in selected work streams; act as a primary Transformation Office liaison
• Leading specific transformation initiatives and managing the process from idea identification to quantification and execution
• Ensuring initiatives move into implementation, and to guide them to fast and pragmatic execution
• Provide support to transformation Project Manager Officers both with transformation work streams and additional transformation topics
• Provide analytical support to ensure quantification of initiatives
• End to end management of the WAVE project management tool, including training of new users
• Support and own parts of the Transformation Steering Committee
• Helping coordinate (with the CTO) cross-functional initiatives
• Working alongside finance to ensure all critical financial value creation parameters of the initiatives are made transparent
• Being a service/support function for the organization - allowing the functions and country organization to focus on implementation
• Providing consistency to internal discussions and progress reviews, which will take place at various levels (e.g., steering committee meetings, transformation review meetings, management board meetings, advisory board meetings)
• Supporting with specific M&A integration projects


• University degree
• Excellent mastering of MS Office applications
• Demonstrated analytical abilities
• Project management experience as an advantage
• Perform a broad range of duties simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Pro-active, self-starter and able to work independently and in team environment
• Strong ability to work effectively across functions and levels, proven collaborator
• Language: Fluent English
