Digital Community Builder


The Digital Community Builder supports the Corporate Affairs & Human Resources team in strengthening the digital and social media activities according to Zentiva digital strategy with the overall objective to increase visibility of the company across Europe. The role drives the editorial content management and engages the different target groups via digital channels. Projects like Recruitment, Internal Engagement, Employer Branding and Direct to customer activities are just a few of our exciting projects we run in Zentiva!


Objectives of the role:

• Train and engage of the internal community
• Leverage ongoing discussions and turn them into quick wins for Zentiva
• Establish platforms to better leverage our B2B cooperation
• Increase the share of voice of Zentiva in digital B2C channels
• Measure the results

Key responsibilities:

• Responsibility for digital internal communication channels (editorial content & web mastering) according to the Communications plan
• Execute the digital communications strategy internally as well as externally
• Write compelling, creative digital content (i.e. Intranet, web pages …)
• Prepare and organize trainings for employees / users to share corporate practice, policies and rules, engage the community (e.g. social media approach etc.)
• Strengthening our Share of Voice across our digital channels
• Lead and support various projects
• Analyze media and turn findings into opportunities
• Measures the success of online communications using analytics tools and research
• Manage the day-to-day workflow of updates to our digital channels, to meet deadlines and ensure quality (e.g. corporate Zentiva web pages)


• Bachelor's Degree required, Marketing or Communications or IT Degree preferred
• Experience in social media management, including experience with e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
• Strong track record in Internal Communications or Internal Engagement projects (minimum 3 years of experience)
• Project management sills
• Excellent editing skills and a strong command of the English language
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
• Team player
• Curiosity in knowledge of the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
• Creative approach - Looks for opportunities for improvement
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with content management systems
• Previous experience of working on data driven websites would be an advantage
• Skillset across Digital Strategy, performance marketing and ecommerce
• Experience with graphic software (GIMP, Adobe Photoshop…)
