HR Manager ComOps

Purpose of the job:

HR Manager Comercial Operations role is accountable for the development and execution of People Strategy, key people initiatives, and oversee the accountability of HR colleagues in Countries. This role is also responsible for selected clients in Zentiva headquarter. He/She works closely with senior business leaders to provide strategic direction on decision making around people strategy to ensure it enables the business to attract, develop and retain the talent it needs to meet business objectives. Role coordinates Countries in global agenda and support junior HR community in smaller markets

Your responsibilities:

Functional HRBP lead for Countries (approx. 70%):

  • Align local HR strategy of Countries with global HR strategy (think global, act local)
  • Overall responsibility for building X-country HR community and sharing best practice
  • Lead and coordinate HR budget review for all countries including HC management
  • In smaller countries act as HRBP to key issues and queries which ask for higher level of expertise than local HR person is able to deliver
  • Coach and support HR in countries in term of HR expertise
  • Act as single point of contact to support daily HR operations in countries
  • Responsible for driving Global HR projects implementation in countries
  • Coordinate of the process in M&A area from HR point of view
  • Act as HRBP for Country leaders and Head of Commercial

HRBP HQ (approx. 30% of the job)

  • Implement local HR initiatives
  • Facilitate local workshops when needed, act as mediator
  • Consult and coach team members and team leaders in all people related topics
  • Initiate, develop and drive local HR projects as well as acting as problem solver
  • Implement global projects, policies and practices
  • Active participation on creation and implementation of global HR strategy (recruitment strategy / employer branding, total rewards, performance and talent management)

Operational part of job

  • Act as counterpart in all operational processes
  • Responsibility for compliance with local law regulations
  • Responsible for talent acquisition (to get right people in the right time to right place)

We require:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR
  • Holistic understanding of HR Partner function and key HR processes/policies that enable an effective and strategic people strategy
  • Agile leader that thrives in an ambiguous environment, demonstrating resilience through constant business change in a complex global network with challenging stakeholders
  • Strong people management and relationship building skills to influence key stakeholders and leadership
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices is an advantage
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexible and pro-active, Hard-working attitude
  • Experience in managing virtual teams, willingness to travel
